Bell Canada

Diversity at Bell means more than just fulfilling our legal responsibilities under the Employment Equity (EE) Act or being seen as a responsible corporate citizen. It’s all about unwavering respect for each other’s uniqueness.
We live in a diverse country, serve a diverse customer base and are part of a diverse workforce. Each of us is unique and the better we understand the diverse context in which we live and work, the more in tune we’ll be as individuals and as a company.
Having a diverse workforce, one that is representative of our customers, helps us achieve our objectives of gaining better insight into our customers. And knowing our customers makes it easier for them to do business with us and for us to do business with them, by developing more meaningful working relationships with each other, ones built on dignity, respect and understanding.
